Most arthritis, within the opinion of the many outstanding rheumatologists, is a constitutional disease, that means that, previous to the start of arthritis— or while it’s in progress—different components of the body can be simultaneously diseased. Vitamin deficiencies are gift, too, but aren’t necessarily directly connected with the arthritis. Dr. R. H. Freyberg, in a report within the Journal of the Yankee Medical Association (August eight, 1942), summed up the relationship between vitamins and arthritis.
He said, in effect, that there was no relationship within the case of most vitamins to arthritis proper. However one vitamin—vitamin D—was allowed a supporting role.

Higher than, we have listed some foods that contain the right vitamin for arthritics. Now, what about getting vitamins the thus-referred to as “simple means”? Can vitamin pills or tablets do the trick?
